What to Expect

First time visiting? We are so glad you stopped by! Here is some information to help you feel comfortable and get the most out of your experience:

When does church start?

Church starts at 10:30 but come a little bit early so you can get a cup of coffee and enjoy some fellowship before the service. We are a pretty social group; we like hanging out with each other and we love having visitors.

What is a worship service like?

We are pretty informal around here. We open with a worship song, to get our hearts focused. Then we have a Biblically-focused teaching time which lasts about forty minutes. After that we sing some more (we like to sing). On the first and third Sunday's we celebrate the Lord's table (communion).

What kind of music do you play?

Our philosophy on music is that it's a tool to help draw us into worshipping God. We have three worship leaders and they each have individual styles; as a result we sing an eclectic mix of worship songs ranging from Hymns to Hill Song. There is a little something for everyone, no matter your taste in music.

Worship Statement

Is there a nursery provided?

The infant (birth to age 2) nursery is staffed for Sunday school and the worship service.

What about Sunday school?

During the school year (Sept-May), Sunday school runs from 9:00 - 10:00, before the worship service.

Our children's Sunday school is arranged by age: 2 & 3 Year olds, Pre-K and Kindergarten, 1st & 2nd, 3rd & 4th, and 5th - 7th.  There is also a Sunday school for 14-18 year olds.

Adult classes sometimes meet in the sanctuary or the north addition.  We have a rotating roster of teachers who cover a variety of subjects ranging from Doctrine/Theology, Books of the Bible, to Current Events.
